Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts or Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (crushed)
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 2 tsp ground Adobo seasoning (garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, black pepper)
  • 1 1/2 cup tomatoes (14.5 oz can)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients into a zip loc storage bag.
  • Freeze.
  • When ready to prepare thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done
  • Salt and pepper before serving.
