Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts or Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (crushed)
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 2 tsp ground Adobo seasoning (garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, black pepper)
- 1 1/2 cup tomatoes (14.5 oz can)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper (optional)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients into a zip loc storage bag.
- Freeze.
- When ready to prepare thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done
- Salt and pepper before serving.
