The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts or pecans - i used pecans
- FILLING
- 2 - 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) chocolate chips or more if you like
- 8 - 10 ounce(s) caramel topping
- 1/2 cup(s) walnuts or pecans, chopped
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, nuts and margarine. Press into 9-inch spring form or cake pan. Set aside.
- Blend cream cheese until creamy. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; then add eggs and mix. Pour over crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer and allow them to sink.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Remove and drizzle caramel topping over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for additional five minutes.
- Remove, cool, and refrigerate.
