Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • CRUST
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts or pecans - i used pecans
  • FILLING
  • 2 - 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) chocolate chips or more if you like
  • 8 - 10 ounce(s) caramel topping
  • 1/2 cup(s) walnuts or pecans, chopped

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, nuts and margarine. Press into 9-inch spring form or cake pan. Set aside.
  • Blend cream cheese until creamy. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; then add eggs and mix. Pour over crust.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer and allow them to sink.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  • Remove and drizzle caramel topping over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for additional five minutes.
  • Remove, cool, and refrigerate.
