Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 (9-inch) deep-dish frozen pie shell
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, (softened)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (8-oz) container sour cream

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie crust. Drizzle caramel ice cream topping on top of pecans.
  • With a handheld mixer, mix together cream cheese and sugar until thoroughly blended. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in sour cream. Pour into pie crust.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
  • Top with whipped cream and additional caramel ice cream topping, pecans and chocolate, if desired.
