Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 (9-inch) deep-dish frozen pie shell
- ¾ cup chopped pecans
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (8-oz) container sour cream
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie crust. Drizzle caramel ice cream topping on top of pecans.
- With a handheld mixer, mix together cream cheese and sugar until thoroughly blended. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in sour cream. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
- Top with whipped cream and additional caramel ice cream topping, pecans and chocolate, if desired.
