Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 garlic glove
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, shredded
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric, shredded
- 1 bunch choy sum
- salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp red chilli, sliced
- lime, a squeeze
Instruction
- <p><b>1.</b> In a hot pan, fry the garlic, onions, ginger and turmeric in the oil.</p> <p><b>2.</b> Add the greens and toss and fry them for one minute.</p> <p><b>3.</b> Add a splash of water to steam.</p> <p><b>4.</b> Then season with salt, pepper, chilli and and lime juice before serving.</p> <p>Serve alongside this <a href="http://www.goodfood.com.au/recipes/beef-rendang-recipe-20170910-gyeqqd" target="_blank">beef rendang</a> curry and rice.</p>
