Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups of unsweetened Almond Milk (Coconut Milk or Cashew Milk)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of maple syrup or a few drops of liquid Stevia to taste
  • 1 anise star (optional)

Instruction

  • In a pot on the stove-top add all the ingredients and heat on medium-low. Whisk continuously to blend all the spices until heated.
  • Optional: using a strainer strain out the milk to remove any lumpy spices:-)
  • Serve warm.
