Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ginger root
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instruction

  • In a small saucepan, combine the turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, and ginger.
  • Whisk in the coconut milk, honey, and oil.
  • Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, until very hot but not boiling.
  • Pour into a blender and carefully blend on low until frothy.
