Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 medium zucchini (grated (about 2 cups))
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a medium bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil on 1-2 rimmed baking pans.
  • Shape meat mixture into 21 meatballs and place on prepared baking pans.
  • Bake meatballs for 18 minutes or until done (165°F) and browned on outside.
