Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium zucchini (grated (about 2 cups))
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a medium bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil on 1-2 rimmed baking pans.
- Shape meat mixture into 21 meatballs and place on prepared baking pans.
- Bake meatballs for 18 minutes or until done (165°F) and browned on outside.
