Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Rhodes Texas Rolls (thawed but still cold)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt (to taste)
- 2 pretzel sticks (for legs)
- 1 mini chocolate chips (for the eye)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner or spray with non-stick spray.
- Flatten one roll and lay it on your baking sheet to make the body.
- Flatten the second roll and cut off a small piece. This will be the turkey’s neck & head. Roll it into a “snake”, make a snip in the top with your kitchen scissors to create the head, and attach it to the first roll.
- With the remaining piece of roll, you’re going to create the tail feathers. Make cuts with the kitchen scissors to make "feathers" and attach it to the body.
- Brush the entire thing with the beaten egg, sprinkle with coarse salt, and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown, at 350 degrees.
- Remove carefully and once slightly cooled, gently push in pretzels for the legs (I broke one pretzel stick in half to make two legs) and lightly press a mini chocolate chip into the head to make the eye.
- Gobble Gobble!
