Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Rhodes Texas Rolls (thawed but still cold)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt (to taste)
  • 2 pretzel sticks (for legs)
  • 1 mini chocolate chips (for the eye)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner or spray with non-stick spray.
  • Flatten one roll and lay it on your baking sheet to make the body.
  • Flatten the second roll and cut off a small piece. This will be the turkey’s neck & head. Roll it into a “snake”, make a snip in the top with your kitchen scissors to create the head, and attach it to the first roll.
  • With the remaining piece of roll, you’re going to create the tail feathers. Make cuts with the kitchen scissors to make "feathers" and attach it to the body.
  • Brush the entire thing with the beaten egg, sprinkle with coarse salt, and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown, at 350 degrees.
  • Remove carefully and once slightly cooled, gently push in pretzels for the legs (I broke one pretzel stick in half to make two legs) and lightly press a mini chocolate chip into the head to make the eye.
  • Gobble Gobble!
