Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 croissants (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 12 oz. turkey slices
- 1 head butter leaf lettuce
- Salami
- Cheese slices (we use Cabot Cheese)
- Apple slices
- Mayo
- Mustard (we love Trader Joe’s Aioli Mustard)
- Red grapes
Instruction
- On a large prepared board, lay the croissant rolls around the outside of the board.
- Cut the root off the bottom of a head of butter leaf lettuce, and place in the center of the board.
- Make flowers with the turkey, by folding the turkey in half, and then in half again (quarters) to make turkey flowers.
- Place 2 small bowls of mayo and mustard on the board.
- Lay down cheese slices and salami.
- Fill in open areas with sliced apples and fresh grapes! Serve!
