Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 croissants (sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 12 oz. turkey slices
  • 1 head butter leaf lettuce
  • Salami
  • Cheese slices (we use Cabot Cheese)
  • Apple slices
  • Mayo
  • Mustard (we love Trader Joe’s Aioli Mustard)
  • Red grapes

Instruction

  • On a large prepared board, lay the croissant rolls around the outside of the board.
  • Cut the root off the bottom of a head of butter leaf lettuce, and place in the center of the board.
  • Make flowers with the turkey, by folding the turkey in half, and then in half again (quarters) to make turkey flowers.
  • Place 2 small bowls of mayo and mustard on the board.
  • Lay down cheese slices and salami.
  • Fill in open areas with sliced apples and fresh grapes! Serve!
