Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 pound spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups cooked shredded turkey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 24-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil for garnish

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Pour noodles into a greased 9”x13” casserole dish.
  • Dot noodles with ricotta cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top. Cover with spaghetti sauce and then place turkey on top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of casserole, followed by Parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Garnish with freshly chopped basil.
