Ingredients
The following ingredients have 46 Servings
- 3 lbs -adjust to your family-we love leftovers Ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- pinch celery salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste garlic powder
- to taste onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Spicy Dijon mustard
Instruction
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl add every ingredient and use your clean hands to mix
- Form meat mixture into golf ball sized meatballs
- Place them on the baking sheet
- Bake at 350 for 40 mins
- Once cooled, add them to a pot filled with sauce and simmer, OR if you are adding them to the subs slice sub bread and add meatballs.
- Then, spoon sauce over the top of the meatballs and cover with provolone cheese
- Bake in the oven for an additional 5-10 mins or until cheese is melty
- Serve with a side salad or chips.
