Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 croissants
  • 1 pound sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices provolone cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 8 slices un-cured bacon (cooked)
  • 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • lettuce and tomato

Instruction

  • Slice croissants in half and toast/grill on a hot skillet until browned.
  • Place 3 slices of turkey, one slice of cheese, and 2 slices of bacon on bottom croissant.
  • Top with lettuce and tomato slice.
  • Spread mayonnaise over croissant top, and place on sandwich.
  • Slice sandwich in half and serve.
