Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 nests of wholemeal noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 300 g cooked turkey (sliced thinly)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 red pepper (sliced thinly)
- 110 g white mushrooms (sliced thinly)
- 4 spring onions (sliced)
- 120 g beansprouts
- 225 g tin water chestnuts (drained*)
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
Instruction
- Place the wholemeal noodles in a bowl, pour over boiling water and leave for 4 minutes? To stand.
- Heat the oil in a wok / large frying pan then add the turkey, garlic, red pepper, mushrooms, spring onions, beansprouts and water chestnuts. Stir fry for 5 – 6 minutes.
- Tip the wholemeal noodles into a sieve to drain the water thoroughly give them a shake and then add them to the wok combining them well into the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for a further 5 – 6 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and combine well into the stir fry.
- Divide amongst plates and serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled over.
