The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, mustard, worchestershire sauce, garlic, egg, and salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Form four large patties. Grill burgers on each side for 5-6 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve with favorite toppings.
