Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or 1 tbsp soy sauce with 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp freshly grated ginger (or ginger paste)
  • 3 tbsp green onions minced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 6 basil leaves, minced
  • 2 tsp salt

Instruction

  • In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients.Preheat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Use a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out patties and flatten between two hands
  • Working in small batches add the turkey patties to the preheated skillet
  • Be sure to not overcrowd the pan
  • Allow patties to cook for 3-4 minutes until browned before flipping
  • Continue cooking until internal temp reaches 170°F
  • Repeat with remaining patties
  • **Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
