Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos or 1 tbsp soy sauce with 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger (or ginger paste)
- 3 tbsp green onions minced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 6 basil leaves, minced
- 2 tsp salt
Instruction
- In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients.Preheat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Use a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out patties and flatten between two hands
- Working in small batches add the turkey patties to the preheated skillet
- Be sure to not overcrowd the pan
- Allow patties to cook for 3-4 minutes until browned before flipping
- Continue cooking until internal temp reaches 170°F
- Repeat with remaining patties
- **Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
