Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 pound turkey
  • 1/2 pound sliced cheese of choice
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Optional: shredded carrots, ranch dressing, lettuce, shredded cheese
  • soft tortillas (and bread if desired)

Instruction

  • In a skillet over medium heat, use kitchen scissors to cut bacon into bite size pieces right into the pan. Cook about 5 minutes until cooked through. Set aside on paper towel.
  • Line a baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper (for easy clean up). Assemble the bacon, turkey, cheese, avocado and any other ingredients your family might want in their wrap.
  • Set out tortillas (and bread if desired) and call everyone to make their own wrap (or sandwich)
