Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 21 ozs turkey breasts
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1 red Bell pepper
  • Oil (for brushing)
  • Sea salt
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
  • 1 Chili (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • light soy sauce
  • Fish sauce

Instruction

  • Wash, dry and dice the turkey breast.
  • Wash and halve the peaches, remove the pits and dice the flesh.
  • Wash, halve and core the bell pepper and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Thread on wooden skewers, alternating turkey, peach and bell pepper and brush with oil. Grill on a hot grill, turning frequently for 6-8 minutes.
  • For the dip, peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit and chop finely.
  • Heat the oil and saute the chili and garlic. Add the mango and honey and deglaze with a little water. Add soy sauce and fish sauce to taste and remove from the heat.
  • Put the turkey and peach skewers on plates, drizzle with a little of the dip and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes. Serve the dip separately in small bowls.
