Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 21 ozs turkey breasts
- 2 Peaches
- 1 red Bell pepper
- Oil (for brushing)
- Sea salt
- Chili flakes
- 1 Mango
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- 1 Chili (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tsp honey
- light soy sauce
- Fish sauce
Instruction
- Wash, dry and dice the turkey breast.
- Wash and halve the peaches, remove the pits and dice the flesh.
- Wash, halve and core the bell pepper and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Thread on wooden skewers, alternating turkey, peach and bell pepper and brush with oil. Grill on a hot grill, turning frequently for 6-8 minutes.
- For the dip, peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit and chop finely.
- Heat the oil and saute the chili and garlic. Add the mango and honey and deglaze with a little water. Add soy sauce and fish sauce to taste and remove from the heat.
- Put the turkey and peach skewers on plates, drizzle with a little of the dip and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes. Serve the dip separately in small bowls.
