Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 12oz (360gr) turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 shallots, vertically sliced
- 4oz (125gr) mushrooms, trimmed, sliced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbs chopped fresh garlic chives
- 3 tbs whole grain mustard
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) white wine
- 2 tbs cornstarch (maizena) dissolved in 3 tbs water
- 1/4 cup (2oz, 120gr) Greek yogurt
- 4oz (120gr) dry linguini
Instruction
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
- Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add shallots sauté 5 minutes.
- Add turkey and sauté for 5 minutes longer.
- Add chives, mustard, broth, and wine, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Uncover, increase heat and add cornstarch mixture, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in yogurt, spoon over linguini and serve.
