Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 12oz (360gr) turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 shallots, vertically sliced
  • 4oz (125gr) mushrooms, trimmed, sliced
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh garlic chives
  • 3 tbs whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) white wine
  • 2 tbs cornstarch (maizena) dissolved in 3 tbs water
  • 1/4 cup (2oz, 120gr) Greek yogurt
  • 4oz (120gr) dry linguini

Instruction

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Add shallots sauté 5 minutes.
  • Add turkey and sauté for 5 minutes longer.
  • Add chives, mustard, broth, and wine, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Uncover, increase heat and add cornstarch mixture, stirring until thickened.
  • Stir in yogurt, spoon over linguini and serve.
