Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces sushi-grade tuna, cut into small cubes
  • 2 sliced scallions
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch thick rounds

Instruction

  • Place the tuna, scallions, tomatoes, parsley, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and mix gently.
  • Put the cucumber slices on one of your prettiest plates, pile a generous tablespoon of the tuna mixture on each cucumber slice and serve immediately.
