Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 can tuna (drained and flaked)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch piece of ginger (grated)
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons gluten free tamari ((use Coconut Aminos + Fish Sauce for Paleo/Whole30))
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 avocado (cubed)
  • 1 small cucumber (cubed)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced and zested)
  • handful cilantro (chopped)

Instruction

  • In a small bowl combine garlic, ginger, tamari, sesame oil, olive oil, and lime juice. Mix the dressing until smooth.
  • In a large bowl combine tuna, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, lime zest, and green onions.
  • Pour dressing over the tuna avocado mix.
  • Serve in the avocado shells.
