Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 can tuna (drained and flaked)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 inch piece of ginger (grated)
- 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons gluten free tamari ((use Coconut Aminos + Fish Sauce for Paleo/Whole30))
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 avocado (cubed)
- 1 small cucumber (cubed)
- 1/2 lime (juiced and zested)
- handful cilantro (chopped)
Instruction
- In a small bowl combine garlic, ginger, tamari, sesame oil, olive oil, and lime juice. Mix the dressing until smooth.
- In a large bowl combine tuna, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, lime zest, and green onions.
- Pour dressing over the tuna avocado mix.
- Serve in the avocado shells.
