Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 6 ounce can tuna
- 1 avocado (cubed)
- 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (optional)
- salt/pepper to taste
- handful alfalfa sprouts (optional)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve in avocado shells, or on gluten free bread (or pita).
- Top with alfalfa sprouts (optional)
