Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 375 grams Canned Tuna (drained)
- 50 ml Mayonnaise (I recommend homemade, but store bought is also okay)
- 1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (freshly cracked)
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Baguette (Sliced into diagonals (look at the picture))
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix up with two forks. You can also use a stand mixer on the paddle attachment, or even some egg beaters. Taste for seasonings and adjust.
- Slice your baguette into pieces and toast. You can do it on a pan with some olive oil, or just in a toaster/toaster oven.
- Add a scoop of tuna salad atop the toasted baguette slice, garnish with chopped pepper or herbs and serve.
