Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tsp garlic crushed
- 420 g canned pumpkin soup
- 2 cups Massel Vegetable Liquid Stock
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 500 g butternut pumpkin diced
- 425 g canned tuna drained
- 1 tbs basil dried
- 250 g penne
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
Instruction
- Heat oil in large saucepan, add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft.
- Add soup and stock, bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add pumpkin, tuna, basil and uncooked pasta and stir to combine.
- Transfer to large ovenproof dish, cover and bake at 180C-200C for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake covered for another 30 minutes or until pasta is tender and cheese is golden.
- Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
