Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 can(s) chunk light tuna, drained
  • 1 - onion, diced
  • 1 - celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 - red, yellow, or orange bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoon(s) canola mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup(s) instant potato flakes, dry
  • 2 - large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper
  • - canola oil

Instruction

  • Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
  • Form tuna mixture into patties.
  • Drizzle canola oil in a large skillet. Add patties (in batches if necessary) and fry for about 4 minutes, or until browned, on each side. Serve.
