Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 can(s) chunk light tuna, drained
- 1 - onion, diced
- 1 - celery stalk, diced
- 1/2 - red, yellow, or orange bell pepper, diced
- 3 tablespoon(s) canola mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup(s) instant potato flakes, dry
- 2 - large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- - salt and pepper
- - canola oil
Instruction
- Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
- Form tuna mixture into patties.
- Drizzle canola oil in a large skillet. Add patties (in batches if necessary) and fry for about 4 minutes, or until browned, on each side. Serve.
