The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 8 oz. wide egg noodles
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup diced yellow onions
  • 2 ribs celery (diced)
  • 1½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1¾ cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I used Cabot's Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese)
  • 2 5-oz. cans tuna fish, rinsed, drained and flaked apart with a fork
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 12 oz. frozen broccoli florets
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
