The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 8 oz. wide egg noodles
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup diced yellow onions
- 2 ribs celery (diced)
- 1½ tsp minced garlic
- 1¾ cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I used Cabot's Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese)
- 2 5-oz. cans tuna fish, rinsed, drained and flaked apart with a fork
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 12 oz. frozen broccoli florets
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp dried parsley
