  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 egg yolks (room temperature)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3 tablespoons canned chopped fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced, about 1/2 teaspoon
