Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped into bite sized pieces
  • One 6.5 ounce can tuna, drained
  • 2 peeled and chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 slices of bread, toasted (or not!)
  • Fresh ground pepper

Instruction

  • Cook bacon until it is done to your liking, then scoop out and drain on paper towels.
  • Mix tuna, bacon, eggs, avocado and dressing.
  • Place tomatoes and lettuce on each piece of bread and top with tuna mixture.
  • Grind some fresh pepper on top and serve them up!
