Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 slices bacon, chopped into bite sized pieces
- One 6.5 ounce can tuna, drained
- 2 peeled and chopped hard-boiled eggs
- 1 avocado, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 slices of bread, toasted (or not!)
- Fresh ground pepper
Instruction
- Cook bacon until it is done to your liking, then scoop out and drain on paper towels.
- Mix tuna, bacon, eggs, avocado and dressing.
- Place tomatoes and lettuce on each piece of bread and top with tuna mixture.
- Grind some fresh pepper on top and serve them up!
