Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups canned chickpeas drained
  • 1/3 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 cup Tuna canned, drained
  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped

Instruction

  • 1. In a large serving bowl, combine the chickpeas, onion, celery, garlic, dill and parsely. Add the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and toss to blend. 2. Break the tuna into chunks and add it to the salad along with the tomatoes. Toss gently to blend. Serve on lettuce leaves at room temperature or slightly chilled.
