Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 large baking potato (washed, scrubbed, and dried )
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil ((or truffle oil))
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon truffle oil
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese ((good quality grated))
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut potato into thin slices, then each slice into long thin strips. Place potato strips into a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place potato strips in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet leaving a little room between each strip.
- Bake potatoes in bottom of the oven at 425 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes, flipping over halfway through baking.
- Drizzle fries with truffle oil and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
