Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used light)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used light)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used light)
Instruction
- Blend ingredients for layer one. Pour into two glasses, dividing equally.
- Blend ingredients for the second layer. Spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
- Blend ingredients for the top layer and spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
- Top with shredded coconut if desired.
