Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used light)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used light)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used light)

Instruction

  • Blend ingredients for layer one. Pour into two glasses, dividing equally.
  • Blend ingredients for the second layer. Spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
  • Blend ingredients for the top layer and spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
  • Top with shredded coconut if desired.
