Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 banana ~ less ripe for Low FODMAP (~ frozen and cut in chunks)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks ( ~frozen)
  • 1/2 cup papaya chunks (~frozen)
  • 1 Seedless Clementine mandarin ~fresh (not frozen and peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Unflavored collagen (~ I use Vital Protein Collagen Peptides)
  • Optional Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
  • Unsweetened coconut
  • Dried cranberries
  • Chopped Macadamia nuts

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or a similar heavy duty blender.
  • Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and add some toppings. I like to stir the frozen blueberries in because it maintains that “thicker” smoothie consistency I love.
