Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 banana ~ less ripe for Low FODMAP (~ frozen and cut in chunks)
- 3/4 cup pineapple chunks ( ~frozen)
- 1/2 cup papaya chunks (~frozen)
- 1 Seedless Clementine mandarin ~fresh (not frozen and peeled)
- 2 tbsp Unflavored collagen (~ I use Vital Protein Collagen Peptides)
- Optional Toppings:
- 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
- Unsweetened coconut
- Dried cranberries
- Chopped Macadamia nuts
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or a similar heavy duty blender.
- Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and add some toppings. I like to stir the frozen blueberries in because it maintains that “thicker” smoothie consistency I love.
