  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup Silk Protein Nut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon almond slices
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh blackberries (optional)

Instruction

  • Blend the ice, pineapple, mango, and milk together until fully blended.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, almond slices, pomegranate seeds, and blackberries.
