- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup Silk Protein Nut Milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
- 1 tablespoon almond slices
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh blackberries (optional)
Instruction
- Blend the ice, pineapple, mango, and milk together until fully blended.
- Pour into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, almond slices, pomegranate seeds, and blackberries.
