Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup mango (chopped fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup papaya (chopped fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple (chopped fresh or frozen)
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk if you want)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instruction

  • In a blender process everything until you get a creamy consistency. Increase amount of ginger, cinnamon, lemon zest if you want. Enjoy immediately.
