Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 3/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango chunks (use frozen for best result)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (use frozen for best result)
- 3/4 cup lowfat or skim milk (or as needed)
- a great big handful (approximately 1-1/2 to 2 cups fresh baby spinach)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
