Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 fresh banana*
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup dairy free greek yogurt (or use regular if not dairy free)
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, about 1 full minute. Pineapple usually takes longer to blend than other fruits!
  • Taste and adjust flavors as desired. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
