Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 fresh banana*
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup dairy free greek yogurt (or use regular if not dairy free)
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, about 1 full minute. Pineapple usually takes longer to blend than other fruits!
- Taste and adjust flavors as desired. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
