Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple (about half a pineapple, cut into chunks)
  • 2 mangos (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1 medium papaya (peeled, seeded and cut into chunks*)
  • 4 kiwi fruit (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 2 medium bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • [1/2 cup coconut flakes]

Instruction

  • Place the fruit in a large bowl.  Add the lime juice and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately topped with the coconut flakes and enjoy!
