Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 c. coconut yogurt (I used Noosa brand, it's one of my favorites)
  • 1/4 c. coconut puree
  • 1 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. mandarin puree
  • 1 c. pineapple orange juice

Instruction

  • Mix together coconut yogurt and coconut puree. Pour enough of coconut mixture to fill a little less than 1/3 full into each popsicle mold. Place in freezer for 15 minutes until almost solid. 
  • In another bowl, mix together orange juice and mandarin puree. Remove mold from freezer, add about 1/3 c. or so of orange juice mix to molds. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. 
  • Insert wooden sticks into popsicle mold. Freeze for another 10 minutes. 
  • Add pineapple orange juice to reach just under the top of the mold. Return mold in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours to fully set.
