Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed banana, two ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cinnamon chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cream the butter and sugars with a mixer until creamy. Add the vanilla and eggs and beat again. Stir in the bananas and sour cream and mix gently. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the butter mixture until all is combined. Add all the different chips, stirring through to distribute evenly, but do not over mix the batter. Spoon the batter into a greased 9"x5" baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 70 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Flip out onto a wire rack and cool.
