Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken (– shredded or cut into 1″ pieces)
- 1 box spiral noodles (12 ounces)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp dried minced onions
- 2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups shredded triple cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp parsley
Instruction
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Usually boiling 9-11 minutes for al dente, be careful to not overcook or the noodles will fall apart.
- Drain cooked pasta & place back in the pot.
- Add in the cooked chicken. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low-medium heat.
- Once melted, whisk in the flour, garlic & dried onions.
- Stir in milk & cook until the sauce thickens.
- Whisk in the shredded cheese, stirring until completely melted.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta & chicken & stir to combine.
- Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese & parsley.
