- ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) almond butter
- ¼ cup (60 ml) canola oil
- ½ cup (105 g) brown sugar
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup (115 g) homemade or store-bought trail mix, coarsely chopped (see note)
- 1/4 cup (40 g) dark, milk or white chocolate, coarsely chopped
