Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 8 oz bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 3 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, jalapenos, sweet pickled red onions (recipe in post above), hot sauce

Instruction

  • Place half of the chips in a cast iron skillet, sheet pan, or foil pan. Top with 1/2 of the cooked pulled pork and half of the cheese.
  • Place the remaining chips evenly over the first layer, add the remaining pork and cheese.
  • Place on the Traeger that has been preheated to 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking.
  • Top with BBQ sauce and add optional toppings of choice such as sour cream, jalapenos, sweet pickled red onions, and/or hot sauce.
