Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cans corn (drained)
- 1 4 oz can diced jalapenos
- 1 8 oz block pepper jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instruction
- Put all of the ingredients into a cast iron skillet or foil pan. Place in a Traeger grill/ smoker set to 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Stir the dip until evenly combined and leave in the Traeger grill/ smoker for 45 more minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping.
