Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cans corn (drained)
  • 1 4 oz can diced jalapenos
  • 1 8 oz block pepper jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instruction

  • Put all of the ingredients into a cast iron skillet or foil pan. Place in a Traeger grill/ smoker set to 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Stir the dip until evenly combined and leave in the Traeger grill/ smoker for 45 more minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping.
