Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 300g plain 00 flour
- 100g raw sugar organic
- 200g Nuttelex margarine
- 50ml almond milk
- 2.00 tbs vanilla sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla essence
- 4 apples peeled cut into small pieces
- 3 tbs raw sugar
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp Dutch cinnamon ground
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 100g plain 00 flour
- 100g raw sugar
- 80g Nuttelex margarine
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel and cut the apples into small cubes. Mix with the lemon juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins and cinnamon, then add to a medium saucepan. Cook for about 10 minutes then set aside to cool.
- Add all ingredients for the short crust pastry into a bowl and mix well. Tip the dough onto a floured surface and work into a smooth dough. Wrap with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Spray a spring form cake tin with some oil. Add the dough and spread across the bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sideof the tin.
- Add all the ingredients for the crumble into a bowl. Pinch between your fingers until it forms a crumble texture. Put into the fridge until needed.
- Add the apples into the tin. Top with crumble. Place into a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down, then sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy.
