Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2.667 cups Buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup butter

Instruction

  • Dry roast the flour in a pan then remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Fill a pot with 500 ml water, add the salt and bring to the boil. Add the flour and cook on a medium heat for around 20 min stirring occasionally. Gradually add the butter.
  • Serve for breakfast with freshly brewed coffee added if desired.
