Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pkg {2 sheets} puff pastry squares (thawed)
- 1 cup ham (diced)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 {heaping} cup of tater tots (cooked)
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheets and roll out to make it thinner.
- Cut each sheet into 4 squares.
- Add a couple spoonfuls of diced ham and shredded cheese on the left side of each square.
- Top with 3 tater tots each.
- Brush the beaten egg on all edges of the square.
- Fold over the top half of the dough to form a pocket.
- Crimp the edges with a fork to seal and poke a few holes on top to vent.
- Place on a large lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops of each pocket with egg so it will bake a golden color.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and puffed up.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
