The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or light flavored oil of your choice)
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 20 ounces tortellini
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon bouillon (vegetarian or chicken, paste or powder)
- 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 3 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola blue cheese ((3 ounces is about 3/4 cup))
- salt to taste
- fresh thyme leaves and additional pepper (for garnish)
