Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1 medium tomato (quartered and seeded)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instruction
- Place red wine vinegar, tomato, garlic, capers, basil, ground mustard and sea salt in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Add in oil in a steady stream and process until combined.
