Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1 medium tomato (quartered and seeded)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instruction

  • Place red wine vinegar, tomato, garlic, capers, basil, ground mustard and sea salt in a blender. Process until smooth.
  • Add in oil in a steady stream and process until combined.
