Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Chilli (minced)
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 Garlic clove (crushed)
Instruction
- Mix all of the marinade ingredients together and set aside.
- Put the chicken breasts in a pan and pour over the marinade and leave for 30 minutes for the flavours to infuse.
- Put in the oven at gas mark 6/200 C for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. To cook on the BBQ, cook for 10 minutes, flipping half way.
