Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic clove (crushed)

Instruction

  • Mix all of the marinade ingredients together and set aside.
  • Put the chicken breasts in a pan and pour over the marinade and leave for 30 minutes for the flavours to infuse.
  • Put in the oven at gas mark 6/200 C for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. To cook on the BBQ, cook for 10 minutes, flipping half way.
