Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200 g Whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon ((juice only))
- 2 Garlic clove (crushed)
- 4 Tomatoes (diced)
- 4 tbsp Fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 Pinch Sea salt and black pepper
- 30 g Parmesan (grated)
Instruction
- Add the spaghetti to boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and put back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients, except the parmesan. Mix well.
- Put in a serving dish and sprinkle over the parmesan.
