Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 200 g Whole wheat spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon ((juice only))
  • 2 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 4 Tomatoes (diced)
  • 4 tbsp Fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 Pinch Sea salt and black pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan (grated)

Instruction

  • Add the spaghetti to boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
  • Drain the spaghetti and put back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients, except the parmesan. Mix well.
  • Put in a serving dish and sprinkle over the parmesan.
