Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 oz bacon
- 4 medium slices sliced bread (I used French bread)
- 7 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or half and half
- 1 Large tomato (sliced)
- Maoy
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Place bacon on a baking sheet and bake it at 400F until crisp about 8-10 min. Put it on a paper towel, sit aside.
- Toast bread in a toaster or using skillet.
- In a mixing bowl combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Whisk. Add butter to skillet and heat it over medium/low heat. Add egg mixture and cook it until cooked through, stirring slowly.
- Spread mayo over toasted bread. Add tomato. Add bacon. Followed by scrambled eggs. Garnish with greens and enjoy!
